Anyone can buy a flavour.

Very few can tell you why it tastes the way it does, what it will do inside your product, and how to make the ten-thousandth batch identical to the first. That is the difference.

See how it's made

Understood before it is made

A brief arrives as a description — a taste someone remembers, a competitor's product, a gap on a shelf. Turning that into a formulation is the whole job.

Comprehend the brief

Our executive and flavourist team break a request down into what it actually asks for: the profile, the notes underneath it, the product it has to live in, and the price it has to hit. Thousands of recipes and a deep working knowledge of individual ingredients sit behind that reading.

Compose and formulate

The flavour is composed and chemically formulated from that understanding — not adapted from the nearest thing already on a shelf. Every note is chosen, weighed and accounted for.

Measure and test

In the lab it is measured precisely and chemically tested until the consistency, the flavour, the texture and every individual note are exactly where they should be. Nothing leaves that bench on a good-enough.

Produce at scale

A trained team of chemical imbuers then produces the approved flavour in bulk on specialist equipment — so what you signed off as a sample is what arrives on the pallet, batch after batch.

Hold it steady

Made to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005 standards and Halaal certified, with the quality system that keeps the thousandth batch matching the first.

Stay with it

Products change — a supplier moves, a regulation shifts, a cost target tightens. We reformulate around it rather than handing the problem back.

The plant

The right equipment, properly run.

A flavour is only as good as what it is made on. Our facility is equipped for precision at bench scale and consistency at bulk scale, and everything that leaves it has been made on equipment chosen for the job rather than adapted to it.

Sugar reduction, without the hole it leaves

Taking sugar out of a product is easy. Keeping it tasting like itself afterwards is not — sugar carries body, mouthfeel and the top of the flavour, and removing it leaves a gap that sweetener alone does not fill.

Our sugar reduction technology is built around closing that gap: rebuilding the rounded, full character a reduced-sugar product loses, so the reformulated version is still recognisably the product your customers already buy.

The people

Hands that have done this before.

Qualified flavourists, and a trained team who have been making these products since 2017. Experience is the part that cannot be bought with equipment — knowing what a formulation will do in a real product, and what to change when it does something else.

From bench to batch.

Bring us something difficult.

A profile you cannot source locally, a product that has to lose its sugar without losing its customers, or a taste that so far only exists as a description. Those are the ones worth a conversation.
