Yes. We manufacture in Benoni, Gauteng, and supply customers internationally as well as across South Africa.

The part worth raising early is regulatory, not logistical. Permitted flavouring substances, use levels, labelling requirements and allergen declarations differ between markets. A flavour that is entirely compliant in one country may need reformulating for another — not because it is unsafe, but because the approved list is different.

So if your product is going into more than one market, tell us at the brief stage rather than after approval. It is far cheaper to build one formulation that satisfies every market you sell in than to develop it once and then discover it has to be redone.

We will tell you what we can about the regulatory position, but responsibility for compliance in your market sits with you as the manufacturer of the finished product — we can only advise on the ingredient we supply.
